Technical Infrastructure: Our hosting provider in Singapore processes technical information (IP addresses, browser data) as part of providing hosting services. This is necessary for the operation of the website.
Affiliate Links: When you click through to purchase from a retailer, we pass our affiliate ID to track the referral. We do not share your personal information with these retailers.
Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect our rights, property, or safety.
Business Transfers: If Booko is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred. We will notify you of any such change.
International Data Transfers
Your data is stored on servers in Singapore. We use Mailgun (a US-based service) to send emails. When we transfer your information internationally, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services.
When you delete your account, we permanently delete all your personal information (email address, username, saved lists, price alerts, and viewing history) immediately. No personal data is retained.
Anonymous Analytics: We retain anonymized usage data (page views, clicks to retailers) for statistical purposes. This data is not linked to your account and cannot be used to identify you.
Your Rights

Access Your Data: Log into your account to view and download your lists, alerts, and history
Delete Your Account: Go to your profile page, scroll to the bottom, and click "Delete Account"
